Kestral IT Consulting ("Kestral," "we," "us") provides web development and IT consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect through kestral.us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you provide when scheduling a call through our booking calendar
• Payment and billing information you provide when paying an invoice, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor (see below) — we do not receive or store your full card details
• Messages you send us through live chat, if you use that feature

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, deliver services, process payments, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site and our business. Each has its own privacy practices, linked below:

• Resend — delivers contact-form notification emails to us.
• Calendly — powers our call-scheduling widget. Calendly may set its own cookies and collect scheduling information directly. See Calendly's privacy policy.
• Stripe — processes payments for invoices. Stripe collects and handles your payment details directly; we never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Tawk.to — powers the optional live chat widget, if enabled, and may set cookies to maintain your chat session. See Tawk.to's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam-prevention check used on our contact form. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and its infrastructure.

Cookies

This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Some of the third-party services above (Calendly, Stripe, Tawk.to, Cloudflare Turnstile) may set their own cookies when their embedded widgets load, as described in their respective policies.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We'll honor reasonable requests unless we're required to keep certain records (for example, invoices, for tax purposes).

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
